We met in Iowa City in 2008, and from that very first moment, there was something undeniable between us- an instant chemistry that neither of us could ignore.

Over the years, we built our relationship through long distance, learning how to stay close no matter the miles between us. The distance challenged us, but it also strengthened our bond, teaching us patience, trust, and how deeply we truly cared for one another. Through every visit, every goodbye, and every reunion, our love only grew stronger.

What makes our love so special is the way we move through life side by side- laughing often, lifting each other up in the hard moments, and choosing one another every single day. No matter what comes our way, we face it hand in hand, stronger together than we could ever be apart.

One of the most meaningful moments in our journey was a beautiful surprise proposal, surrounded by the love and joy of some of our family and friends- and made it even more special by having our kids there with us. It was heartfelt, emotional, and a moment we will cherish forever.

Now, we're so excited to make it official and continue building a life filled with love, laughter and lasting memories for us and our kids. This is only the beginning of our forever, and we're so grateful to share it with all of you! 🩷
